| THE 2009 SEASON COMES TO A CLOSE |
McClure Pa. Every one at R&W Motorsports would like to thank our sponsors and fans for another great year! We were able to win two features at Selinsgrove Speedway and finished fourth in the final point standings. We had a total of 14 top ten finishes and had only one feature that we did not qualify for and that was due to mechanical failure.
We plan to compete at the Lincoln Speedway on October 17th in the Championship Race. After this race our season will be completed.
We are making plans for the 2010 season and we are very excited and eager to get started on next years cars. The 2010 season marks the 25th year for driver Phil Walter in the sprint car ranks. Phil started competing in 1985 after purchasing a sprint car from friend Len Krauthiem. We have many plans to commemorate the anniversary during the 2010 season. Keep checking back for updates and photos during the off season.

Phil II is currently in the process of trying to put together his own 358 sprint car team. This is a very expensive and difficult task. While he is pursuing his goal of competing with his father on Saturday nights he is helping on his dads car and working with Kody Kreamer on his Micro on Friday nights at the Selinsgrove Raceway park. We will update the web site as progress warrants. Philip is in need of sponsorship help to make this dream a reality. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Philip would like to thank everyone who helped make his Go Cart experience a successful and positive one!
